Beautiful people, designer clothes, designer drugs, house music, nightlife was at all-time highs, steroids, always something going on, everyone knew everyone and if you didn’t you wanted to get to know everyone. People were rewarded and idolized for doing bad things and It was the modern version of the disco our parents lived in in the 1970s. But this was different. We lost a lot of people who fell into this trap and some barely made it out. Others moved on and some sank into a funk that prevented them from starting their lives and woke up to a late start. Then one day it was all over the lights and it was time to go home.
